Welcome to the Ever Magic Travel LLC website (hereinafter, “the Agency,” “we,” “our,” or “Ever Magic Travel”). 4. Reservations and payments

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the corresponding provider. Prices may change without prior notice until the time of final payment.

Confirming a reservation implies acceptance of the travel service provider’s terms and conditions.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods enabled in our system.
In some cases, fees may apply for changes, cancellations, or refunds, which are determined by each provider.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, refund, or modification policies vary by tour provider. Ever Magic Travel LLC does not determine or control these terms, but is committed to assisting the client in handling any requests.
In the event of force majeure (hurricanes, pandemics, etc.), refunds will be subject to the exceptional policies established by the respective providers.

6. Limitation of liability

Ever Magic Travel LLC assumes no responsibility for:

Changes to itineraries, delays, missed flights, cancellations, attraction closures, or other events beyond our control.
Accidents, personal injury, loss, or theft during travel.
Acts or omissions of contracted third-party service providers.

In any case, Ever Magic Travel LLC’s maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid to the agency for the services provided.

7. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, graphics, logos, icons, databases, source code, etc.) is the property of Ever Magic Travel LLC or its respective authors/licensors. Any mention of trademarks (such as Walt Disney World®, Universal Studios®, among others) is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or commercial connection with these entities.

8. Use of the website

The user agrees to:
